Laboratory of physical-mechanical tests
We certify structural design andverify the strength of structural units, welded assemblies and other components with accurate recording of elastic and plastic deformations [e = 0.01mm]. We verify the occurrence of defects and failures for the expected life of the tested object.
All our devices undergo regular calibration to achieve the most accurate measurement results and repeatability of testing.
We perform tests based on customer requirements.
Laboratory facilities:
- Hydraulic testing equipment to test static and dynamic strength.
- Hydraulic device for cyclical, high-load testing to verify dynamic strength and / or service life structural units.

We are certified laboratory specializing in safety tests of rail vehicles and public transport vehicles according to the requirements of standard EN 45545. We conduct comprehensive evaluations of the properties of materials and their suitability for use in transport technology including assessments and statements of conformity.
