What has surprised you most about your new job at CZ testing institute s.r.o.?
“I was surprised by the scope and complexity of the tests that individual samples must undergo. Every component of a given product is tested, and I was struck by how significantly individual materials and structural designs can influence its final properties.”

What was your first day like, and what were your first impressions?
“My first day was mainly about getting to know the workplace and the various testing equipment. I was very impressed by the professional lab equipment and the high level of expertise and knowledge among my colleagues.”

What do you enjoy most about working here so far?
“What I enjoy most is the variety of projects I work on and finding optimal solutions to meet the requirements of each project.”

“What surprised me most was the friendly atmosphere within the team and the open communication throughout the company. I also appreciate how quickly I received the necessary information and support, which allowed me to get up to speed on my work without any problems.”

“My first day was very pleasant. My colleagues were friendly and willing to help; they explained everything to me patiently and clearly, so I felt welcome and part of the team right from the start.”

“I was surprised by the complexity of the entire testing process and the number of procedures and requirements that must be followed during each test.”

What was your first day like, and what was your first impression?
“My first day involved a lot of new information, names, tasks, and processes that I needed to get familiar with. Thanks to the support of my colleagues, however, I got my bearings very quickly and felt comfortable in the team right from the start.”
