Looking Back on Ten Years

We kicked off the festive afternoon by welcoming our guests and taking a brief look back at the company’s journey so far. We recalled its beginnings, its first offices, and the key moments that gradually shaped the company into what it is today. For us, ten years of growth means more than just larger facilities and a greater number of completed projects. Above all, it represents thousands of hours of work, the constant acquisition of new experiences, the ability to adapt to change, and the determination to keep moving forward.

From a Fast-Paced Workday to a Relaxing Atmosphere

After reflecting on the past together, it was time to slow down and enjoy the planned program. One of its highlights was a guided rum tasting. We tasted several carefully selected samples and learned interesting facts about their production, origin, and history. The tasting offered a pleasant change from our usual workdays and created an opportunity for informal conversations, sharing memories, and reminiscing about shared experiences.

Bowling, Healthy Rivalry, and Well-Deserved Awards

Since we’re no strangers to competitiveness or a sense of fun, the evening continued with a bowling tournament. Teams and individuals went head-to-head, and there was certainly no shortage of thrilling moments, great throws, healthy rivalry, or laughter. The most successful players and teams took home well-deserved awards for their performances. Far more important, however, was the great atmosphere that permeated the entire evening.

The People Behind the CZ Testing Story

The celebration was rounded out by delicious refreshments and, above all, time spent with current and former colleagues. It was precisely this gathering of people who, at various times, have contributed to the company’s growth that was one of the most meaningful moments of the entire day for us.

Ten years in business is not just a number on the calendar. It is a story shaped by daily work, experience, trust, and collaboration. It is also a commitment to continue on our chosen path, to keep growing, and to embrace new challenges with determination.

We would like to thank all our colleagues, clients, and business partners who are part of our story. We appreciate your trust and look forward to many more years together.
